The information we collect
Dear Brother/Sister in Christ,
Thank you for your interest in attending the CFC New Zealand - North Island Conference. We will collect the following personal information to register you into the CFC NZ North Island Conference:
  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Location/Area
  • Child/children's name and age
  • Other members of your family who are part of this registration
  • Accommodation in Wellington during the conference
  • Arrival to and Departure from Wellington
Providing some information is optional. However, if you choose not to enter information about your child(ren) or other members of this registration, we will not be able to register them into the Conference and activities organised for them during the event.
We will keep your information confidential and only select "CFC New Zealand - North Island Conference Registration committee" will have access to it .
At the end of this registration process, you will be sent an email containing the information you provided to us. The email will contain a link for you to be able to modify your information if needed.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be amended if you think it is wrong by contacting us at cfcnicon2020@gmail.com.

Family Members / Additional Delegates

Everyone attending will need to be registered but only school-aged kids (5 years and older) are eligible to join the kids' activities. Younger kids (4 years and younger) will need to stay with you. Please provide any additional information about your child(ren) that we need to know about by filling in the appropriate field below. If you have other delegates such as other family member(s) e.g. mom and dad, they also need to be registered. Registration fee applies.

Accommodation and Transportation

Please provide your accommodation name and address (i.e. hotel/motel name, address) and arrival and departure information (date, time and mode of transportation) into and out of Wellington.
The conference venue is 24km from Wellington City. If you are staying in Wellington city, the easiest way to get to St Patrick's Silverstream is by train. Take the Upper Hutt service line and get off at Silverstream train station. St Patrick's is just a 3-minute walk from the station.
We can organise transportation to the airport or bus/train station on Sunday afternoon for those catching a flight or bus/train back to your respective homes. Please indicate this info by choosing the appropriate option below.

Meals

Fill in this section if you opt to purchase meals in the conference. Please indicate the number of adult and child meals below. Meals include Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch, and morning and afternoon tea. Kids' meals (if included in your registration) will be served as part of their programme. These will be served in the kids' venue which is in a separate building (school gym) next to the main conference building.
In the interest of time we do encourage you to order meals for you and your kids as part of your registration. If you do not want to order the meals (e.g. due to certain dietary restriction), you can buy food from nearby fastfood restaurants and supermarket that are within 5-10 minutes' walk from the venue. We ask that you collect your children from the kids' venue during meal breaks.
